It took over an hour to get checked in because there were so many people waiting. The guy at the desk would check a room in and then he would leave, walk to the room to see if it was clean before he would come back and check the next room in. When we finally got checked in it was the wrong room. I paid for an upgraded king bed suite and ended up in a queen double bed. I wasnt about to go wait back in that line to hopefully get the right room.
