Very Good8.0
Nice economical hotel near airport
This place had construction going on in other parts of the hotel. My room was very roomy and nice at a very good price. It was a great place for the money that was close to the airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Bad Birthday
I made the reservations a few months for my sons birthday I two weeks i’ll go I received a phone call from Angie one other employees to see if I could change my double room bed room because they were over but I said no but a week before I was supposed to be there I called to make sure that I was going to have a room and she said that she would take $50 off my bill if I went with a king bed and a rollaway bed I get to the hotel where the receptionist was very rude and she informed me that no I was not gonna get the $50 off and that the rollaway bed would be upstairs we went upstairs where the dirt in the room was dirty no rollaway bed and the phone wasn’t working so I went back downstairs where she informed me that she would text the person who would get the rollaway bed Then I waited till 9 o’clock and a 9 o’clock still no rollaway bed so I went back downstairs where I was informed that the person who has the key to where the rollaway beds would be 1030 and my son needed to be asleep by 9 o’clock so if set of eyes asked her to but we have another room well she gave us a two king beds so my husband had to sleep in one room me and my son had to sleep in another room when the whole Purposeof the trip was to spend family time because it was his birthday

Can’t wait for the remodel, still needs work
We were forewarned of the construction and was given a courtesy call in regards to our reservation of a double queen room, that it was simply not available due to construction. We accepted a king room with a rollaway. We attempted to check in 1.5 hours early to be declined. When we check in later in the afternoon, our rollaway was not in our room. We called right away and were told it would be taken care of. After going to the pool for a couple hours, the rollaway was still not in the room. We called again and told it wouldn’t be available til possibly 10:30pm, instead was offered an additional room. The additional room was 2 floors below and there was hair in the sheets. The original room didn’t have a remote control, obtained one at the front desk to find out only the sound worked. The beds edges were firm and the middle was clearly past its prime, as was the bed in the additional room. The second night, still no rollaway so we were still offered the second room. The breakfast was not very extensive, cereal, bagels/toast, and fruit. The location wasn’t bad fornwhy were there. The hot tub was super hot, which I thought was great after a long day and the pool was warm, which the kids loved. There was no microwave in the rooms or available anywhere to use for reheating food. Definitely know that they’re in the process of upgrading but feel that everything should’ve still been handled accordingly and expected items to still work.

Wonderful Staff
Hotel old and very outdated but clean. Pool was nice and staff was very friendly. Hotel is currently being remodeled and I am sure it will be very nice when finished.First impressions when you walk in were not good when you see the furniture in the lobby. Management should remove that furniture immediately.Very worn. Breakfast was not very good. Basically cold cereal and bagels. Apples and Bananas very over ripe. Refrigerator in room was not plugged in and did not realize till next day. Ruined fruit and yogurt and had warm beer. Once again staff was very helpful and friendly. Would consider another stay after remodel mainly because of the staff and location.

Our room had an awful smell, the carpets were stained in several spots, the chair was gross, and the beds were full beds instead of queen. Very outdated for the price we paid. The hotel was under construction, which we weren’t aware of when we booked, so that may get fixed over time. The pool area was decent.
