The staff were all friendly and very helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant. We loved the courtyard by the restaurant to sit and have a drink and/or dinner. The food was just okay. The beds and pillows were great, although we didn’t sleep to speak of because of the noise from the other rooms and the hallway. At one point in the night someone tried to get into our room. They read the room number wrong on their card. Honest mistake, but scared us.

We had a wonderful experience at Fiesta Inn Ciudad de Mexico Aeropuerto. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The greeting at check-in was flawless — the staff were welcoming, efficient, and very professional, which made the arrival process smooth after a long day of travel. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well maintained. The rooms were clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing before or after a flight. Being located so close to the airport makes it extremely convenient, yet the atmosphere inside the hotel feels calm and pleasant. We also had the opportunity to try the food at the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. The quality of the dishes was very good and the prices were fair, especially considering the convenience and service. The dining experience was enjoyable and the staff were attentive throughout the meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and very good food. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip through Mexico City. Highly recommended for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable airport hotel.

Incredibly convenient for early flights from the airport. The place was clean and convenient, and next to some good food spots. I went to a Brazilian buffet that was great and right nearby. Staff was helpful and made some tasty drinks. The gym looked decent, but I didn't get a chance to use it. I did go in and it had what I needed. It was also nice to have a clean place with A/C. Would recommend this place.
