    It was very difficult to locate hotel from route 1. The signage to the hotel and its reception area is very poorly marked. The suite was well designed and equipped except for the studio couch, which was low quality and very uncomfortable. as poorly

    Clean and spacious in a secluded setting

    We had a two bedroom suite and it didn’t disappoint. Very clean, parking right out front and check in was quick and easy. There are a number of restaurants within a mile or two which was very convenient. The location was tucked back a bit which we felt was very nice. It was only a one night stay traveling through the area but I would definitely book here again if the opportunity presented itself.

    We stayed for 3 nights, then came back 3 days later for 2 nights. The hotel is undergoing renovation. The building which houses the office is closed. To check in one had to follow a paper sign pointing to another door. For both of check ins one had to ring a doorbell to be let in to the temporary "office". On the first check in I had to ring a doorbell, which I did several times and no one answered. I then called the office and someone came to let me in, claiming he was at the other office and didn't hear the doorbell. Great system! They call the rooms suites, but they were nothing more than an average size room with a kitchenette. There were no wash cloths. To watch the TV from the bed, and then the couch, you had to swivel it. The swivel was broken. There's no housekeeping service during you stay. For our second visit we were on the 4th floor. THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN!! I'm 72 and my wife is 75. We had a carload of stuff which we had to lug up. The elevator was also broken during our 1st stay but our room was on the 1st floor. It hadn't been for fixed 5 days between our check ins. For our 2nd stay the TV didn't turn on. The guy came and discovered that the power plug was loose from when we swiveled it. And, the toilet didn't flush and I had to open up the tank cover and re-afffix the chain to the bar. A terrible place. I asked for money back for all our trouble and was told that he could do nothing since we booked through Expedia and not the hotel chain.

    Location was under remodel. Elevator seems questionable but worked. It was clean and comfortable. Three rooms, three beds and three tv's -one family very happy. Layout was something more hotels should use.

    Hospitality greatly appreciated!

    We got a little lost making our way to the hotel after midnight, after a long cross-country flight. We called the hotel and Bob at the front desk kindly and graciously guided us to the hotel, staying on the phone with us until we reached the parking lot, then came out to greet us. We were so grateful for this kind, extra-Mile service! Our room was clean and comfortable, and most of all we were very touched by Bob’s gracious hospitality and good cheer!

    Wonderful stay at Candlewood. The service was impeccable. I love the option of having two bedrooms when I travel with family. I am excited to hear that the facility will be renovated this spring. I will definitely stay here again.
