Great central location for Tokyo sightseeing
Great location, train station nearby. Friendly staff, clean room, and amenities.

Very Good8.0
Nice hotel/no water given by front desk on hot day
Great location, nice room and polite staff. We were in a hurry to get to train and asked for a bottle of water from the front desk after checking out and they said “we don’t have bottled water”. Well they obviously did because they placed bottle water in the rooms so this was a negative that stayed with us longer than any positives.

Great location and the staff was wonderful!

Convenient and pleasant hotel in Tokyo
One week business trip. Would have loved a fitness center; otherwise this was a very nice, convenient hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. The bar is great (good selection of Japanese whiskies), though the restaurants are a bit pricey. The Iidabashi station is a 3-5 minute walk out the door, so very easy to get around Tokyo, and the Imperial Gardens are a few minutes down the street. I found the room small (typical of Japanese hotels, from my experience) but well equipped and nice enough. All in all a good stay - would recommend it!

Can't complain. Excellent!
The stay was during the second part of my trip. We stayed there at the beginning of our trip to Japan and liked it, and the second stay was just as good or better. This hotel is excellent for the price.
