Consistent hotel
We have stayed here many times over many years. Every time, the staff is extremely friendly, room is comfortable, breakfast is good, and we have a great time. This is my go to hotel when we go to Orlando/Kissimmee.

Place was great! Right off the main road and not far from the roads that took us to Disney and Seaworld! People at service desk was friendly and breakfast was good. Room was a little small, but comfortable. Great place overall

Moldy bathrooms. The rooms are about the size of a cell room. Not cool with kids. The room keys NEVER worked on the rear entry door. They have a shyster selling you overpriced theme park tickets (they got me on one). Buy your tickets ahead of time or buy them at the gate! Never again staying here. The front desk staff is very courteous and that's about all that is good here.
