Fantastic hotel, even better location!
This hotel is beautiful! Staff was amazing! And could not be better located! Ideal location to go everywhere! Room was very nice and clean, linens were great. Lots of food options. The only minor issue was sometimes breakfast gets busy and need to wait for a table for a few minutes...other than that, everything was superb! Definitely will stay there when I return to Tokyo.

Tokyo Station Hotel
This hotel was very luxurious. The bed was very comfortable with very soft sheets and comforter. The bathroom had a beautiful tub and shower combination. The ameneties were very thoughtful. I forgot to pack our toothbrushes AND my hairbrush, and luckily, they had both in the room. The location is super convienent as the hotel sits ontop of the subway station and the underground mall. We would definitely stay there again.

WOW. Book it now!
We only stayed for one day in between our trip for Kyoto. However, this is the best hotel I have stayed at abroad. The level of attention from all staff is amazing. The hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms. On par with any 5 star NYC hotel I have visited like The Pierre. The staff assisted us by personally carrying out luggage into the train station all the way up to the train Itself to make sure we got on the train in time. This level of service is seldomly experienced.
