A first class accommodation
Location in walking distance of train and bus station. Staff was very accommodating, very polite. Room was first class, large and comfortable with view of Kyoto Tower. Japanese style shower and bath (best ever seen/used). Concierge provided information on local area and transportation with detailed map directions.

The center of it all
The Granvia is a great place to stay, particularly if you happen to be caught in a typhoon and the rest of Kyoto shuts down. With 8 restaurants, including a wonderful teppanyaki bar, you won't starve. When it clears, you are at Kyoto's transport hub, and can easily get to anything in the city.

Great Hotel
Great hotel, wonderful staff and location. A few minutes away from the transit system and a few blocks away from the main shopping area/restaurants of myeondong. Very kid friendly, staff was accommodating to our 1.5 year old child. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to South Korea.
