Nice hotel but loud next to the train tracks
The hotel is in great condition, room was nice and beds were comfy. However, it’s right next to the train station - don’t expect peace and quiet. Even with earplugs the trains are disruptive because the whole building vibrates.

Theft at the hotel
I left a straitening iron in the room, I had to come back to the hotel three times to ask for it, because the cleaner who cleaned my room was not there. At the end it turns out it was gone. He stole it or someone else did. The hotel was arrogant and rude about it, not friendly and did not want to do anything to help me.

Bed & shower ok. Walks had black marks all over them. Exceptionally warm in the room with no aircon or fan. Very close to station. Would have been much nicer in winter!

Actual room is FAR from the photos provided. In the US, it would be patently false advertising. Not familiar with how much you can get away with advertising in Germany. No curtains, No Air Condition (not good for an 85F day), very tight interior and bathroom area. Try the hotels next to the train station instead of this one if convenience to the DE-Bahn trains is needed..
