Not Good!
The entire place smelled like cigarettes. It was also very run down. Found many hairs in my bed. I didn't expect much for the price, but this was pretty bad.

The motel is older, and there are clear signs of wear and tear, but also signs of repair (new shower fixtures in our room, quite nice ones for budget accommodations). The breakfast was very good, with lots of options. People traveling with children, like we were, may not appreciate the fact that the neighborhood has more than the usual number of "adult" businesses (Mommy, what's a "gentlemen's club?"), but we never felt unsafe. I'll take a clean, secure room in a seedy neighborhood over a dirty room in a nicer neighborhood.

Good for a rest stop..
Not ideal for asthmatics, non pet lovers, and allergies. The hotel was under renovations so, there were many chemical smells and construction. The front desk was not welcoming on check in. The beds were terrible. Not at all comfortable and not fit for two adults. In all the stay was mediocre. I will not stay there again.

You get what you pay for
Stayed for a short 2 day trip with my son, You get what you pay for, $52 a night doesn't get you updated hotel, it was sufficient for the propose it served. Worse complaint the noise, was like there was no walls or windows heard everything and everybody.

Ok but some issues. You get what you pay for.
Short stay for Toledo Show. Reasonable distance from venue and for a very good price per night. Friendly staff. Some good restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Room was on the 2nd floor and somewhat of a trudge with anything heavy. Lots of parking but watch for icy patches during the winter. Card readers did not work well for me and after several replacements, I eventually realized they worked much better if you insert and pull out VERY quickly after watching the concierge show me. Any delay at all and it would misread. Not the norm but still tolerable and I eventually resorted to simply avoiding using one of the outside entrances that needed card entry that were known to be erratic. The fitness room was open 24-7 but was unusable. All equipment was in poor condition and in my opinion, unsafe to use. The room and wing/floor I was situated in was non-smoking and it seemed reasonably clean and spacious but some kind of allergic skin condition (hives/urticaria or Angioedema?) flared up and worsened during the entire stay (3 nights). Maybe some traces of pet dander? I can't say if it was something in the bedding or room but things rapidly improved after heading home. I also noticed the toilet had a small leak but it was not noisy enough to bother me. Lots of channels on the TV including Bravo but no TV guide so lots of channel-surfing. Free breakfast was actually quite good although I had little appetite due to issues arising from my skin condition.
