Poorly trained maid, no manager available to talk2
The good: Room was spacious, mattress was new and firm The bad: The bathroom was very small. There was only one easily accessible power outlet, on a bare wall near bed. To connect my laptop from the desk, I had to reach for the power strip behind the armoire. No fridge or mini coffee maker in room. Many of the food items on the buffet were cold. The ugly: The first night I used the ice bucket. I left the used ice bucket with the plastic bag liner inside of it full of water, the ice bucket lid next to the used ice bucket, and a tip for the maid next to it. When I came back later that day, the tip was gone, the lid was put on the ice bucket, but the ice bucket still had the dirty plastic bag liner filled with water in it! I was not happy. The maid should have emptied out the ice bucket and given me a new clean ice bucket liner plastic bag. I called the operator and asked to speak to the manager on duty. I was told he was busy helping guests. I asked for the manager to call me back. No one ever did. (The operator did try to help and sent someone from housekeeping with a clean bucket full of ice for me.) The next morning I went to check out. I again asked to speak with a manager. The front desk clerk told me the property only has one manager and he comes in around 9:30. That's balony. There should always be a manager on duty, especially for a casino hotel. Well it was cheap, but there is always a price to pay, I guess. I paid for it in poor service.

Vegas Stay Without the Vegas Crowds
The room was clean. The bathroom was smaller than I thought it would be but everything in there was fine. There is no fridge but if you bring a small cooler you can get ice from the ice machine and that keeps your drinks cold just fine. The bowling alley was a lot of fun. We did cosmic bowling. We received a coupon for 2 free shoe rentals when we checked in. Nothing wrong with saving some money. We used that the second night we were there.

Staff was wonderful from check inn to casino host, however, I am use to a refrigerator and coffee maker in my hotel rooms, and enjoy a hotel with room service ,which the other station casinos I stay in have, over all very happy except for that
