It was ok. Check in was a little difficult but we had been driving all day and it was late. Communication barriers. There are no elevators. My husband is on dialysis and therefore this was an issue but they did switch our room. Room was large. Just an old hotel.

The moment i walked in the room it felt uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty had hair on the floor and toilet like they wiped it and didnt clean. I went and got Clorox wipes and cleaned the floor and it was brown so telling me it had not been moped and multiple hair on the wipe. The tub had hair on the one wall so bathroom completely dirty not cleaned at all just a pass over i guess. The remote to the tv was broken and the carpet was riped and not replaced and the beds were so hard. Should have taken photos of the bathroom but i was so grossed out and upset.

First Time in Sioux City, IA
I chose hotel as they had an indoor pool, it was only 30 mins from the work site, breakfast was included, right off of the main highway, close to many other restaurants, and from the pictures I had seen online prior to booking the room looked spacious which it was. I liked that the bathroom was large. There was a reading chair with plenty of room between that and the bed so not to feel it was smooshed. microwave and large enough small frig for a few items I needed to be kept cold. All the other amenities in a hotel you would except were there. My overall stay was excellent. I could have chose a lesser priced hotel but as breakfast was included the overall price would have been the same. There are 2 floors and one set of stairs to climb, so elevator as it's only 2 floors. I'd recommend this hotel.

We’ve stayed in Amercinn in other places, and had great experience. This one was quite different story. The bath tub was filthy dirty. The pool was open till 10, where in other hotels f this chain it was open till 11 PM. The breakfast was supposed to be till 10AM, we came at 9:40 - everything was closed and taken away!!! Very poor management!!!!
