I had great time with friends. Resort had everything you may wat to do at the sunny distention and it was very clean. Also, very quiet at night if you just want to rest. I wasn't impressed with the taste of food. I get buffet meals are never to brag about just found it was extra bland. Service was very slow at refilling the empty trays and they never seem to have enough people at the omelet station. Some service staff looked like they didn't want to be there. It was surprising that they didn't have a band or some sort of live music playing every night just outside of main lobby where everyone is gathering at night. One night that they did was really nice and enjoyable.

Somewhere to sleep
The property for me was not 4.5 stars, the only thing that kept me from making any complaints was the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. There is a tram that will pick up and drop off every 15 minutes which is nice. No elevators but it’s only 3 floors. The food was definitely not great, hard to get reservations at a la cart places, there is only 1 twenty four hour restaurant with a very limited menu, food was always cold or barely warm. For me it was just somewhere to sleep definitely have had better stays at other resorts. If I stayed again I would just have plans for food elsewhere.

4th Trip and Excellent
Absolutely amazing. The grounds and accommodations were great, food was good and overall vacation was a 10! Of course it’s the staff that makes the trip a success. Rafael at the Chill Out Club is the best by far. Truly an asset. Julio at the Chill Out Club was also outstanding, as was Cristina the concierge at the Platinum Sunset. Eton at the front desk took care of us from the moment we walked in and began the perfect stress free vacation. Pay a few buck and be treated like royalty at the Chill Out Club. Spend a few more and upgrade to the Laguna Villas and have a superb vacation! This was our 4th time at the Grand Sunset Princess and we can’t wait to return.
