Nice hotel with thin walls
Check in was fast, room was nice and roomy. I stayed on the 2nd floor and we could hear running and noise from the 3rd floor or in the room above us. Could hear talking in the next room. At 2am we could hear people outside talking and laughing for about an hour. So, I would say thin walls. Overall stay was ok.

Took an extremely long time to check in - he ” (oh , you are Hotels .com ) long nailsthat were very dirty underneath - ZERO in the friendliness scale and I was the only person there . Notes all over hotel : don’t put towels here ( but no place to put them ).THIS IS NOT GARBAGE ! Silly torn up notes and all over breakfast geez . Peeling in bathroom ceiling Dark fuzzy tiles in common areas . Looks great when you pull up and walk about - just don’t look too closely

I was locked out of my room. Staff made new keys and still couldn’t get into my room. Staff finally got me and my son in. Staff said that maintenance would fix it in the morning. When we got up for breakfast we were locked out again and my son had a baseball game to get to. We were almost late because we couldn’t get into our room. It was just an inconvenience. He left with a friend, good thing he left his bat bag in the. Car overnight. I finally got into my room a 1/2 hour later. Also, when we first got into the room there was a dust rag left in the room. Shower curtain had stains all over it. Needs to be cleaned a bit better.

Traveled 14 hours. Asked for a quiet room away from ice machine and elevator. Instead received a room with a violently loud air conditioner. Rattled and shook. Did not sleep. Informed front desk. She said she would let maintenance know. Horrible night stay
