Property was a good location for my work Property is a little run down and was not very clean Air conditioners shown in the pictures are not able to be operated lucky for me it was not to hot or cold

Door handle was loose to main bedroom. Vaccum didn’t work No spare garbage bags, lamps didn’t work at all No exhaust fans in any of bedrooms & Fan for kitchen cook top no suction so there was smoke while cooking.

1. Faulty door handle upon arrival. 2. Fireman had to break open door since upon locking, it wouldn't open. My daughter was stuck inside for hours. No help from the host. 3. Bond not refunded for faulty door handle. Even though it was not my fault, door was broken when checking in, not during the stay. 4. Back door leading to balcony from living had no latch so wouldn't close in or lock. Children can easily fall off the balcony from the 13th floor. 5. Bathroom exhausts had moulds and wasn't working. Health hazard. 6. Staff very rude on the phone. Pathetic customer service. 7. Spoiled our holiday. 8. No attention to health and safety of guests at all.
