Staff at desk were not great helping me when I asked for help to get suggestions for transport/directions. Beautiful property. I’ve stayed at a few FV properties, this is by far the best. Everything from the rooms to fitness centre were clean and well maintained. The room was incredibly quiet, bed was very comfortable. Great location near James St. 5 Stars. Highly recommend.
