Covered parking which is a plus. Alcoves for remote working in the common area. Staff were friendly. Wifi was poor (there's one access point in the reception for the entire hotel). In general it's a decent hotel for what you're paying.

Muy poca disposición de la recepcionista para ayudarnos, el hotel estaba vacío, en las 2 horas que nos hizo esperar habitación no vi entrar ni salir huéspedes, llegamos antes de las 3 por que teníamos un evento y no pudimos cambiarnos, ni arreglarnos porque no tuvo la amabilidad de pedir que arreglaran la habitación para poder ocuparla y nos hizo esperar por qué “la entrada es hasta las 3”. Así que no ayudo en nada a sus huéspedes y tenía mala actitud al contestar. Sería bueno que les enseñaran a ayudar a sus huéspedes o darle opciones para que desde que lleguen se sientan cómodos aunque “no haya disponibilidad por qué están limpiando”
