Amazing location, just a small place
Clean little studio but very tiny. The sofa bed was really small and not the best for 2 people sharing, but it was warm and a brilliant location! Only issue was we booked an extra night and had it confirmed that we could stay in the same room but there must have been a lack of communication between staff as we had housekeeping banging on our door telling us to get out the morning we were originally going to leave.

Timing is the name of the game:-)
We came for one week at the end of December 2022. Apartment was compact and clean. But....the hotel water pump was out of service the evening we arrived, no emergency generator was functioning . Lift was out of order. We sat in the dark with our cellphone light until 3am that electricity got back. No hot water for shower the first two days since technician was out of reach to fix. Staf was very nice but they couldn't help other than writing our room number and calling the 'invisible' technician. Hot water depend on hours. I am travelling around the world for 50 years, never had a problem of hot water. Linens were provided once during the week, but they were left to us to replace them :-( Sergio from reception was the best contact there, but also he was limited in what he could do to help. My grade to Grand Via 47 is 6, far from 7.4 the average. Location is excellent.

The suite smelled sour! It was dirty and broken. The air conditioner didn’t work at all. There was no real front desk either. It was overwhelmingly hot and no way to cool down
