Arnaque du propriétaire et du site
Attention, ne réservez surtout pas ici ! Il s'agit d'une pure arnaque. L'hébergement n'est plus en activité. En effet, nous avons réservé et payé une nuit dans ce logement. Une fois arrivé devant "cet hôtel" (voir photo ci-jointe), nous n'avons pas pu rentrer. Nous avons rencontré un jeune couple qui habitait là-bas et nous a renseigné que l'hôtel n'était plus en activité depuis au moins 6 mois. Le propriétaire qui habite actuellement aux États-Unis (d'après ce couple) était alors injoignable sur le numéro de téléphone renseigné sur notre réservation à "". Ma famille s'est donc retrouvée un moment à la rue, sans logement. En cherchant sur place, nous avons heureusement trouvé une autre chambre ailleurs. Nous avons donc dû payer, pour cette nuit là, un 2e hébergement ! A noter que 18 jours après avoir signalé à que nous nous sommes faits arnaquer via leur plateforme, nous n'avons toujours pas été remboursé de cette réservation. Pire. Nous avons reçu un message de leur part nous disant qu'ils ne pouvaient "rien faire de plus dans ce cas précis" !!!!???? On paie un hébergement à, celui-ci s'avère inexistant sur place et on n'a pas le droit d'être remboursé par la plateforme? Et bien si ça en reste-là, il faut que cela se sache.
