Rude GM sub par rooms
Could see light coming from the room at the top of the door from the hallway, that alone tells you how quiet it was.The room smelt like wet dog. GM was upset we cancelled a room through hotels.com and had to wait to get our room while he called even though it had nothing to do with us.

Disappointed!
Disappointed! Used an earned "Free" night! Feel they punished us by putting us in a "Handicapped room! TV didn't work, although front desk guy was very good about fixing it. Pool and hot tub NOT AVAILABLE! Why a motel can't let guests know is beyond me! Put it on web site, put a note on door, reduce room rate... do something so we are not disappointed we we get there! Some guy supposed to be part of management team bothered us in breakfast area when we tried to eat a pizza and drink a beer. Uninvited, pushy, loud mouth, know it all. Very poor representative of motel. Said worked for corporate! Not sure we will ever stay here again! Come to town at least 3 times a year!
