Area around the apartment is all under construction. Silly rule of only 4 ppl allowed in hot tub and you can only book for 30 min max. This makes it difficult when you book a suite for 6-8 ppl and have to plan your day around using an amenity. So many emails from the property about rules and restrictions, was a little overwhelming. The unit itself is beautiful but not sure I would book again.

This is an awesome property! The location is central, a 5 min drive or 10 min walk to grocery / liquor stores, quick access to lots of trails, and just outside of the Banff park gate. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and maintained with everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. Two king bedrooms and a pull out double slept my family of 6 with ease. Heated parking beneath the building was clutch as when we visited it was -30 and parking outside would've been a pain. Would highly recommend!
