I booked two rooms: one for my partner and our kids and one for my mother and nephew on our way to Disney. My room was less than clean, beds super squeaky when you moved at all- definitely not pillow top, fridge later found to be full of the past guests’ take out, and only one towel. One towel suggests it was left from previous guests. My mother’s first room spelled like vomit as soon as the door was opened. She was given a second room and when the door was opened there was bedding and towels everywhere and food on the desk. She was then moved to another room which was just okay.

Seeing the staff cleaning, and mopping the floors, dining area, and lobby. Also, the staff was courteous. First time sleeping at Sure Stay Plus, will be using it for future bookings. Furthermore, I was impressed by having hot breakfast at an affordable price, instead of an continental one💯.
