A rip off
Surroundings were nice. Service was bad and did not deliver on promises. I signed in expedia x deluxe but when i was there they wanted to charge x everything. It was like they did not agree w Expedia deal.

Ok stay
I thought it was going to be more luxurious for the price. I've stayed at better hotels for cheaper.

Nice old hotel that needs a little upgrade in some of its infrastructure. Well located and beautiful gardens. Rooms are all at garden level with a very nice view. Very peaceful environment and friendly staff. Some cons: room cleaning took my old towels but didn’t replace with new ones. Half of my room was flooded after a very strong storm showing infrastructure deficiencies for such a well known hotel brand.

Hotel is clearly old, no free wifi avail, buffet was expensive and cold. Staff was great, location great too.

Celebrating 30 year Graduation
Reason why we stayed at this hotel was convenience. We were attending a party on premises. This hotel is mainly for group events, it is crowded, could only find available room for one night when I was looking for three. They could not assist me with early arrival. The layout is nice but the building is a bit outdated. I did not like that I had to call for service on a couple of maintenance issues.
