Renovated Holiday inn. Overall the stay was comfortable. Bathroom sink was dirty and the electrical switches and outlets can be replaced. + Elevator was super slow and closet door was old too.

So Sorry This Was My Worse Stay Ever From Hotels,com. The Holiday Inn Had No Power/AC. I Was Sent To Another Hotel Only To Be Turned Down BC I Booked/Paid Through You Guys. Advertisement Was Misleading. I Had To Pay Add’l While Flying Out & I’m Still Trying To Recover My $100 Deposit For Incidentals. Hotel & Bank Blaming Each Other. Any Help With This Is Much Appreciated.
