The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Check in was easy. We arrived late and there was a really nice bar/restaurant available on the top floor. The room was comfortable but a bit dated (the carpet looked worn). It was extremely quiet which we appreciated. The location was perfect for us since we were meeting a group close by; however, it is a bit off the beaten path (close to the soccer stadium but not close to downtown or the water).

The carpet in the room was stained it looked horrible. The wifi was terrible and did not work most of the time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The fitness area was excellent.

this place is VERY old. take care that your room is not one of the VERY old, VERY original rooms. they advertise newer rooms online, and i think that's what drew me in. our room was VERY dark, what little lighting there was was extremely yellow and dank. the valets were helpful and pleasant, front desk staff was lacking. i wouldnt stay here again.

The property is a very good location. A person can easy take public transportation for any part of the city. I liked the STAFF ALL Extremely nice and helpful. At the front desk Rosario was outstanding from the moment of check-in to any question that I had she always tried to help and satisfied my concerns, At the Restaurant Lurdes, Adika and Eduardo also very very nice and before I asked they will have the coffee ready to serve and a table always ready with a lot of courtesy. Regarding the room was also very clean, Bruna was always very nice aand helpful to any needs and questions, It was indeed a very pleasant stay and I'll go back again when I have a chance.
