As units go, we got close to the worse on the property. First floor, limited view and furthest from amenities.

So quiet (dec) on the property. The property is beautiful. Easy to walk to town. We didn’t move our cars. Very safe. Very easy to get to beach. Cons.. In room beverages are not good. Should get keurig and better tea. Bike rentals are awful. Chair service at beach not included and expensive. King fish is separated and difficult to get go main area.

Never again
The hotel was under renovations that was not disclosed. The oceanfront room had a balcony that I unfortunately walked out barefoot on. The table chair and floor was covered in stucco and paint that was ground off from above. Worse was the broken glass with bare feet. At 8:30 on Saturday I was woke by the construction workers. Went to lie on the couch and quickly realized the workers on scaffolding were right outside the oceanfront window. At 10:15 then at 10:30 I was told I had to vacate my room by a construction worker as they were redoing the room. I left and talked the Marriott manager who after 15 minutes said he could do nothing for my inconvenience as it was booked through a third party. I have been coming here for twenty plus years and refer customers here. Absolutely dumbfounded on the lack of customer service. This is not right.

The information about this hotel is completely misleading: there are NO restaurants, no breakfast sit down restaurants NO coffee shops… it’s not good for families with kids and it’s 90% older folks . I wish I had never booked there.
