Ehhh!
Front desk clerk was not the most welcoming. Although the hotel has signs posted that masks are required, she was not wearing one. Location was convenient to Expo Center, but there is NOTHING else around as far a food options. Must have a car or have food delivered.

I stayed two nights. Both purchased on the Hotels.com app separately so I could accumulate a free night eventually. I went downstairs on day two after already purchasing my second night, to check out check back in. Swipe my card for incidentals. She ended up charging me 152 plus incidentals again. I double checked my account after I went back upstairs. I called downstairs shorty after and she told me she wouldn’t be able to see it until I checked out but she would make sure I wouldn’t get charged. Fast forward two days after bank processing. 152 was taken from my account. I called again and spoke with another lady who looked up my stay. She seen the extra charge and told me I’d receive a refund. That she would send me over an email of it. And that the bank might take a couple days. Fast forward from that day. I’ve had no email. She even read out my email over the phone. I felt secured twice and they both dropped the ball. This is extremely frustrating. During a pandemic. I don’t have time to lose extra money because of something that could have been prevented and handled way better. They will be losing a regular after this.

Room was modern and had all modern amenities. We had a clogged toilet and sink but it was resolved soon by calling the front desk and maintenance arrived in less than 30 minutes. The courtyard was great but the view of the river is average with only boats and houses in the view. Our room was facing west which is currently a construction site so the view was not great. Location is convenient from the I-5

Expensive for the area that it is in. Surrounded by homeless camps and extremely cramped parking lots and streets. Hotel inside was in good shape and front desk was very nice.
