Get away
Let's start with the positives. We arrived around check-in time and the valet and bellman were extremely busy. They were very professional and courteous, offering to valet our car for an extra $15.00 a day fee that was charged to the room. The line to check -in was extremely long and there didn't seem to be enough employees to handle the crowd. When we got to our room the water was extremely hot in the faucet and the air conditioning was very loud. Eveytime someone took a shower you could hear it in our room and with endless hot water it was non-stop. We ate at the Salt Grass restaurant and again not enough waiters to handle the crowd. We were served a burnt, crispy baked potato twice and waited forever for our bill. When we checked out the bellman and valet were extremely helpful offering to get us fresh ice for the trip home. If all departments in the hotel provided the same exceptional customer service the stay would have been amazing.

Nice and quiet
Room is nice, very quiet even though the hotel is on Fremont St! It was great to not hear all of the outside noise! My main negative is the bathtub. It’s very chipped with cracked paint everywhere, some areas are rusty, and the floor of the tub was really rough and scraped up. So I wasn’t comfortable taking a bath. I just took a real quick shower to get in and out. The bathtubs need some love and repair work done to them. Also the bed pillows are huge, and too big if that’s even possible. Hard to lie on them comfortably and now get a crook in your neck. Pool closes at 7, so don’t come here expecting to be able to lounge at the pool in the evening. But I would stay here again as the room was affordable and overall nice.

The check in process is awful. We waited in a very long line for almost an hour. So inefficient & frustrating way to begin vacation. They spend lots of time up-selling upgraded rooms & services.
