The location was convenient and the staff exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a good value. The location was obviously undergoing renovations and therefore some cosmetic and “normal wear & tear” issues were not 100% great. Overall, good value and great customer service. Kudos to your staff!❤️

Shower and bed was fine. The room was so-so. Bathroom floor tile was cracked several times, bathroom door rubbed the floor heavily. The room seemed like it needed a deep clean (curtains, baseboards etc). Did not like how the hotel was hidden behind a strip center.

I appreciate that you are pet friendly! And our room was close to the dog area. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet had to be flushed multiple times to make it work, and there was no spare tissue in the room. The sidewalk area outside the room was messy, and someone's drink cup sat on the outside window sill during our entire stay.
