I would like a refund. On a Day when I woke up in Texas at 5am, flew to Chicago, drove to Milwaukee, and finally up to Oshkosh. I arrived at this hotel to find the front desk unattended. I waited for 30 minutes, called the hotel phone( it rang there in the lobby - with me staring at empty front desk) . After being up for 19 hours and needing to be at work at 6.45 am; I left and went to the Hilton Garden Inn. I have experienced all kinds of rubbish while traveling but this was a first- just send me my money

Would come again
The breakfast was great and there was always some one keeping things full. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint would be that our towels that we used were not taken out and new ones replaced. We had to ask for towels. I just wish they would have told us that because of covid the rooms would not be cleaned until after we left, but we could ask for more towels. They were friendly and accommodating when I asked.

Overall, the hotel was great. Room looked recently remodeled, was clean, and comfortable. I booked this specifically to use the pool and hot tub. When we checked in the front desk clerk told us the hot tub was broken. No apology along with it. She was not friendly and apparently not a people person. The temp of the pool was okay but the pool room itself was freezing. It's as if they have the air conditioner on. A pool light that was still connected to the pool had fallen out and was laying on the pool deck (still connected with the power cord). Room was good, pool experience was terrible,.

We didn’t like the fact that the second bedroom didn’t have drapes or some type of covering over the doors separating the 2 rooms. We had trouble sleeping since light from the other room kept us awake. Placing some type of drapery on the glass doors would help improve the stay.
