Our room was very clean and up to date. The complimentary breakfast wasn't fancy, but it did include hot food and a Belgian waffle maker, so we were happy with it. We were a little surprised that a 3-story hotel didn't have an elevator. We parked around back (which is the second floor level), but we still had to drag our bags up the stairs to our room on the third floor. Being on the front of the hotel with an outside entrance, we could hear the sound of traffic, but it wasn't too annoying. Otherwise, we found the hotel completely satisfactory, and enjoyed the fact that it was conveniently located near the shops and restaurants at Biltmore Village.

    Great spot near Bitlmore
we wanted to be close to the Biltmore ( and yes, if you are in area summer 2018 DO GO SEE the Chihuly glass exhibit there!) and this place had all we needed. Staff very helpful with local directions and tips to enjoy smaller activities on the side. would stay here again! Breakfast bar is a bit small so it can be crowded, but food very fine.

    Reasonable and convenient.
Room was great. Very comfortable. Smallish bathroom. Parking could be an issue. Almost seems like there isn't enough parking spots for all the rooms. Free breakfasts are almost always not great, but this was just not good. Didn't even bother with it the second morning, except for the coffee. Staff very pleasant. Even though it was advertised as a "no pet" hotel, someone was either breaking the rule, or someone had an extremely whiny service dog. Almost every 20 minutes as if on cue for two days. Noticed it was whining when the maids were making their rounds so assumed it must be a service dog for them not to bring it up to management. Oh well. Getting to and from the hotel was a bit of a trick, especially if you were coming from the Biltmore Village or leaving to go in opposite direction. Both of which required you to enter and exit through a gas station and a restaurant parking lot. GPS has you making these convoluted u-turns. Met others with the same problem and concern. Even with this, still a pleasant stay and worth the money. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
