Horrible
We drove up the parking lot was trash weeds are growing up all over the building. The front door was smeared with fingerprints everywhere. It looks so trashy. We did not even get the room.

Check in was awful
The hotel was clean and comfortable, but had some issues with check in. When I arrived for my stay, there was 2 people ahead of me and I waited for more than 20 minutes. The next morning, I booked a room at the front desk for my co-worker. I provided them with my credit card information and indicated that I wanted to cover a room for my co-worker on our company card. Simple enough. However, that night when we arrived exhausted after working for 10 hours, there were about 5 people in line and the same woman was working. I told my co-worker he would be in for a wait, and headed upstairs to shower. 30 minutes later I learned that once he finally got to the desk to check in, the woman working turned him away saying he had to pay for his own room. I came downstairs, waited another 15 minutes, and then spoke to her and finally worked it all out. I noticed this hotel is doing everything on pieces of paper which may be part of the confusion. I also want to say that the lady working the front desk was very nice but she needed more training before being left alone during busy check in times.

Clean hotel with complimentary hot breakfast. It would be nice to see more attention to detail with cleanliness and repair, but it was still a pleasant and comfortable stay. And the price was reasonable!

Definitely recommend!!
Staff was friendly and extremely courteous and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked. Love the keurig coffee machine and mini microwave. Ice cold mini fridge with mini freezer was so convenient to have in the room. Full size body wash, shampoo and lotion. Was a plus!
