Nightmare
Was nightmare from day one,check in was a very uncomfortable experience,got checked in then we had issues with several issues in room called front desk for several times up to about hour.No One There,went to front desk NO ONE THERE several people had been waiting to check in for a hour NO ONE There.so desk go to office from bathroom turned around went back bathroom noing that people we’re waiting no explanation or knowledgeable of us.then he so called left his job never reached to the manager about any of this.room smell was musky odor.water pressure was horrible,bugs in between top sheet and comforter.didn’t see until we were leaving last day.breakfast was horrible eggs overcooked pancake machine made horrible rubber tasting very thin.gravy dried out biscuits over cooked.sausage looks like left overs.bread was not fresh.bagels were fresh,bacon was eatable.

Never Again
Staff was friendly but the room was absolute garbage. Smelled like it wasn’t cleaned throughly and was told no room service, only towels and garbage can service. I feel like they sized me up for a room under renovation? An easy mark? Small white gnats/flies and generally just gross - don’t stay here, or go demand a better room that’s been renovated. Slept in the chair, had to go buy flip flops for the shower. Bug bites all over my legs, arms and torso.

Great shower
Few things about staying in a hotel matter more than the shower. This hotel had one of the greatest showers I've enjoyed in hotels around the world. No reason to make an instant booking over a shower head but wow I think you'll like it it's a benefit you know I actually have to pay for
