First time we have stayed in a Baymont Inn and we will most definitely book them on future trips. Our room and the breakfast were both very good and I highly recommend them.
The people were very nice and accommodating and the breakfast was nice. We got in late because of a failed reservation with you at Motel 6. When we got up the next morning our shower drain was totally blocked. You couldn't run the shower for even 30 seconds. We had to continue our travel dirty. Maria at the counter said that we deserved a discount, that she could not do it but to contact Hotels.com. Can you take care of that? The room was okay but the bathroom and shower was too small and noisy when someone is asleep.
I am not giving many stars because it was supposedly free Wi-Fi, but neither my husband nor I could get a signal at all we each use a different cell phone carrier, nevertheless, they are both the two major carriers in the United States! Very inconvenient.
I have become a big fan of Baymont Inn & Suites. The hotel offers plenty of the services I like such as complimentary hot breakfast, great parking, especially good security. I stayed at this hotel on my way to and from destination.
