Stay away...
Only reason to checkin here is relatively cheap in this lively location. 1-Extremely rude staff. We arrived a couple of hours early and waited in the lobby. When we asked again 30 mins before check-in time, we received this rude answer from reception: "Excuse me! It is YOUR FAULT you arrived early. We will let you know the room is ready." This is an example of the tone and service level we have been treated with throughout the stay. 2- The valet service is awful. If you have a car you need it since it is a very busy area. They repeatedly played with the car settings, they had the car scratched twice, and the rear parking sensor was bumped and partially fell out of place. 3- A truck comes to fill the water tank every couple of days at 2 am!! The pump's sound is so loud you cannot sleep through the process. 4- Most importantly, the last straw for me was the ordeal I had to go though to get my early checkout refund, which is part of the policy (attached). I called 3 times about it, and they were always told the hotel did not authorize the refund. I had to call the hotel directly, pay a visit in person, and write two emails to get a positive (or any) answer after 2 weeks. They just kept delaying the issue and not replying to me until "negotiated" with them, whatever that means. Simply, I almost lost hope in getting my refund. There was no transparency in the refund process and one wonders why it took so many attempts to communicate to get any response...
