Disappointing stay - rooms need a remodel
Sad to say that this hotel is past its prime. The lobby and restaurants are nice/well run. The rooms are another story - the moldy/musty scent is inescapable. If you look further into reviews this has been an ongoing problem other guests have complained about. Run down floors/furniture/bathroom. In general the staff are very nice and accommodating but it’s not worth it to stay at this hotel. The pool area is not kept up at all and looks like it’s from an abandoned building. The breakfast and fitness areas have too many mosquitoes flying around. At the front desk I heard another guest complaining about the mosquitoes in their room. I hope ITC will remodel this property in the future and fix these issues.

1. The buffet breakfast service can be quite appalling. This is due to no cutlery, no serviates, no sauces and no salt and pepper at tables. The situation gets even worse when they’re about to hit the 10.30 am closure times and they literally wipeout every single items including butter, jams, bread, maple syrup and honey off the serving shelves even though they are guests still dining. Just to get coffee, you have to ask multiple times to different wait staff. Same is the case with simple stuff as drinking water. 2. For some very odd reason, this is perhaps the only hotel in the world that you are not allowed to be ‘Do Not Disturb’. We had arrived and next day we wanted to explore the surrounds but did not have the energy to secure valuables like jewellery, tablets etc so had put a Do Not Disturb sign active. Interestingly, at about 9 pm , three men decide to knock on our room to check on us. I was in awe. For god sake, it’s 9 pm and three strangers knocking on my door. I am like “hey what’s the fuss about!” 3. Swimming pool is of no use. I do not understand why even am I paying for a package that includes the swimming pool service where there is almost not enough water with all mosquitoes and dry leaves floating around. Eww why even is the swimming pool there I wonder. Bottom line is shocking and disgusting service.

The expedia booked $ amount does not match with the final check out. There are many mis communications ; snacks kept inside the room also charged and it was never communicated to occupants. My 6 year kid breakfast supposed to be included in the service but it was a bad service and they could nit offer the break fast to kid. I never going to refer to anyone to this property.
