This is the second time in a matter of two weeks that I stayed here and it doesn't disappoint. The room service, timely, staffing amazing I kept getting locked out and staff personally left desk to bring me a key rather than wait for elevator to come down. Great parking. Super clean room! Great view of the river. Very impressed with this hotel and I stay in lots of hotels. Plus, I’m a germaphobe and I wasn’t at all worried about the cleanliness of the room. The bathtubs are slippery and could use grab bars, The beds weren’t the most comfortable—I could feel the springs—but I slept well. Parking wasn’t the greatest because the Marriott garage ticket dispenser didn’t work. So we had to park in the Embassy garage across the street. That was inconvenient. And it was hard to find the parking garage. But it was still a great experience. Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars.

Having to drop off our car and then find our own baggage cart set a bad tone for me. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. The restaurant staff and food was good. The overall condition is dated. Getting our car in order to leave took 30 minutes and again there were no bellman to help with bags. Don't think it was worth the money.
