Tell me what I’m paying for!
The stay was wonderful but it was the person whom checked me in. Now weather I reserved the room on a third party app or booked it I person he should have told me upon it showing up on his screen since he can see it and I can’t I was charged an additional $6 bucks and some change. I paid it no problem but what if I didn’t have it I guess I would have gotten turned away or something else of that nature. No you can’t expected everybody to read everything especially in the event of an emergency I which that visit was. It’s all about communication with me you can tell me how much I owe tell me what the extra charges are because I was quoted on thing on the app and than charged something else in person which is not good. Or let me had been late checking out of that room than it would have been a whole different issue. Get this mess together I mean where is that good ole Customer Service from back in the day?

Nope … Not again !
My son had a soccer tournament in town. We stayed for two nights. We didn’t get there until later that night. Check-in was great. Everything was explained very well . Once we got to our room and open up the door, it smelled bad very old and stale inside. The carpet that was around the bed looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed or swept in a while. There was sticky stuff all on the floor in front of the refrigerator, I opened up the refrigerator and it was a lot of nasty water on the inside, I checked the bathroom, which was OK, but the tub was dirty, it look like they stepped inside the tub to clean it, but they forgot to clean the bottom, the floors itself look like it hasn’t been swept or mopped they were nasty. I did fill out a survey on check in and I did receive a call from the manager. He had asked if we wanted to get someone in there to clean the rooms or to get another room. Because we checked in late, we were tired I felt like if one room look like this all of the rooms will look like this. I cleaned up a little bit the best that I could. On the second night, the roaches started to come out, especially in the bathroom . This was my first time staying at a red roof Inn and this will probably be my last time staying there.

Can’t get a better price for a stay around here! Free coffee in lobby, free parking, stairs & elevator! Clean room! Nice area out back for dogs and little stream running sounds nice! Would love to stay here again!

How Rude!
My check in was great, smooth, and fast but it was my check out that really sent me for a loop because there was no customer service at all. Yes I had asked for a late check out because my head was killing be with a terrible headache the young lady working the front desk came and banged on the dot once I got up to answer and open the door she rolled her eyes and was rolling her neck as she woke to me talking about checkout time was such and such again which was no problem I had just overslept she didn’t have to be rude nor smart because again I’m a paying customer weather I was late checking out or early checking out where is the damn respect because if the shoe was on the other foot and it was her I bet she wouldn’t have settled for that. Treating people the way you want to be treated is my thing follow that or get your ass away from that front desk because you are rude & disrespectful.
