The pictures they show of their rooms are 100% fraudulent. They look like a decent bed, lights, tile floors, etc. What they don't tell you is that this is a short time motel with a few "long time" rooms. I asked the desk clerk and he confirmed they have both kinds of rooms.
The place is a dump, the carpeted floors are filthy, the beds beat up, the pool unusable. We mentioned how crappy this joint was to a taxi driver and he confirmed that he'd had many customers tell him the same thing - High internet price and very substandard rooms.
I complained to Hotels.com, who basically said there was nothing they could do about it because I paid the hotel directly and they just use the photos supplied to them by the property. So, be warned, if you don't pay through hotels.com web site, and you have problems, you're on your own.
I've included a few pictures. The pool was opaque, you could not see the bottom. Just solid green water. My GF said she wasn't about to get into it.
