Stay somewhere else.
Heater didn't work and the floor was very dirty. Found a pill on the floor under the side table. We switched rooms because of the heat issue, second room was not much better. Seriously considered booking a different hotel for our second night (we stayed 2 nights). Beds were terribly uncomfortable and the breakfast didn't ever get brought out. We paid $80 a night for this place and it was definitely not worth it.

Off the Beaten Path
The hotel was further away from everything than I expected, but it's easy enough to get around if you have a GPS handy.

A place
Two day stay at same room. Room had several issues right at the beginning that had me concerned. Front desk was kind enough to put me in a ground floor room because I just had surgery on my leg. Room was right next to the hotel laundry for their linens so the commercial washers were running a good portion of the day. Door to the room did not seal out the weather at the bottom so there was a huge draft and one of the guests was smoking marijuana on the second night (12/23) so that was also drifting into the room! Comforter on bed had a HUGE area (12" x 12") that looked like there had been a stain that had been bleached out of it because it was discolored. Trim on storage drawers was peeling away, floor next to be between bathroom and bed was constantly wet (might be a leak between laundry and that room). The parking bumper in front of the room had been displaced by the snow plows and there was some rebar sticking up out of the ground there (safety hazard) and lots of snow between rooms and parking lot (snow melt was leaking off roof to that area making it icy as well). One of hotel cleaning crew also parked in the spot directly in front of the room that I rented on the second day for most of the late morning and mid day periods (there was plenty of parking so not much of an issue but still relevant - I left to get food and came back to have been displaced parking-wise). Breakfast was toast, cereal, mini muffins, coffee, apples (huge ones!) and tangerines as best as I could see

Not clean!
There was mold in the shower. The comforter had what appeared to be a cigarette burn hole in it and the shower went from either scolding hot to freezing cold! I was lucky if the 'decent ' temperature lasted 30 seconds. The bathroom looked disgusting when you walked in and the carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. Not happy with our stay!

Sheets weren't very clean. Asked for wake up call, but got no call (I woke up by myself luckily and heard no one called). Door was sort of jammed and it did not feel safe. Heat worked well and it wasn't loud. Breakfast had barely anything: no coffee, no microwave (so cold milk with gross cereal was what I had). Barely any utensils.
