Not enough room keys
This hotel used to be really good and i would always stay here but recently i have noticed that the staff is getting extremely rude by the day. I lost my key and wanted a replacement key and the front desk staff asked me to wait 20 30 minutes because apparently they were out of keys. I got abit rude and then magically the key appeared
