Bad customer service
To start, the check-in process was not easy. The clerk who helped us was new, you could tell. We were PROMISED rooms next to each other and when she assigned the rooms and they were not, we asked how far apart they were but she couldn't even tell us. I asked her to asked someone that would know! We were then told they were sold out and couldn't help it. Bad customer service! The next bad customer service came when I called 10 minutes after 10:30 a.m. for room cleaning the next day. Supposedly their cut off is 10:30 a.m. on the nose. I was told they could not add us to the list! So the whole 3 nights we were there, we never got our room cleaned or so much as a clean towel!
