I found the staff incompetent. It was not close to the airport as indicated and the airport shuttle service was not provided as promised on the ad. After I checked in and settled my bill in advance, I was informed the shuttle needed to be scheduled and let them know about my fight time. I called downstairs and then was informed they had no space for me. I said, then please cover the cost of my Uber as this was one of the reasons I stayed in the hotel, the free shuttle service. They not only declined, the clerk was nasty. It cost $32 for Uber. How much damage is done with their reputation for $32 and a nasty attitude?
