Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

I stayed in a Deluxe room and I have no complaint about the spaciousness and the condition of the room. The nonsmoking room, however, smelled like someone had smoked in it. The air conditioning tube seemed to be the source of the bad smell. I was offered half of an adjoining room, and that was also a problem. You either become the source of noise for the neighbor, or the otherwise. The first night I spoke to my mobile phone with a normal volume and I got knocked on the adjoining door. Other times I heard what the neighbors were doing. The advantages of the hotel included easy access to a large shopping mall, supermarket, nice restaurants, and LRT. The staff were friendly, too.

The staff was helpful and friendly.. Breakfast was so good.. Room was superb! Will definitely come back as it was my 5th(if i’m not mistaken. Could be more 😅)stay here. Thank youuuu

I love the comfortness n quietness

Location of this hotel is simply perfect. It’s in the center point of Kuala Lumpur. A huge mall right next door and train station next door. Chowkit market is within walking distance. So location is excellent.hotel is huge. Lobby is very big. And lobby rest room area is so huge, I never saw that big bathroom area in the lobby. Hotel is beautiful, with beautiful city views , rooms are spacious, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast is just huge spread out with continental, oriental, Malay, Indian choices .hotel offers a free shuttle to two areas. Twin towoers and pavilion. The shuttles are on time and very well managed. Check in and check out were smooth, . Kevin Tao the manager was a very nice gentleman. Helped us solve an issue. He sincerely cares about the hotel. Concierge is very helpful. Wifi worked great. So really liked this property. Would love to stay again.
