Our overall stay was good. Room was clean, and stayed cool. We were dissapointed at the amount of extremely loud guests that surrounded us. We were located by the exit stairs so some noise is expected. This noise was very hard to try to sleep through. People in/out all night, kids screaming up and down the hall and doors slamming. If we return to this hotel, we will be asking for a space further from the exit to see if this helps.

Not handicapped friendly?
First of all, I have knee problems and had asked for a first-floor room when I made the reservation, but apparently it didn't get to them. I had to drag an extremely-heavy suitcase up a total of 18 steps (there was a landing in the middle, at least) with one hand because I needed to hang on to the railing with the other or I would have fallen. Inside the room, I found dead insects, the toilet seat kept moving around, bathroom wallpaper was peeling, and the door would not latch, I had to deadbolt it so it would stay shut. Yes, I probably should have requested a different room, but I was in so much pain I didn't want to have to move (especially if it meant going down those stairs after I'd struggled to get up them in the first place), I just wanted to go to bed.

Our stay was amazing!! The room was clean. The bed was sooo comfortable and the surroundings were so peaceful and quiet. We felt like we were located in a neighborhood. It was a lovely experience!! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately this stay didnt work out for us
The staff and manger were extremely friendly. Unfortunately we could not complete our stay and had to move to a different facility. The facility is older and due to allergy sensitivity, we had to move. Both the staff and manager were responsive to our needs. Plenty of parking and good location
