My stay at Comfort Inn, Lantana
Checking in and out was pretty good with courteous, friendly people. The bed was very comfortable and nice smelling clean. The room and bathroom can use some TLV and cleanness. Breakfast to me was great. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Avoid at all cost.
No TV service even though rooms were advertised with Flat screen tv’s, yellow water from faucets, slow drainage in bath tub, peeling veneer on toilet seat , worn out porcelain in both toilet & bath tub with rusty tub drain that was broken & fungus in corner of bath enclosure. I had the run around from front desk & manager about the tv issue which was unbelievable, promises were broken multiple times , was promised a room change twice but always told there were no rooms available. I had a 2 night booking but ended up leaving on the second night after talking with the front desk again that claimed no knowledge of what happened and what was said.

The hotel was renovated except the bathrooms. The tub at one time had stick on non skid surface which was removed making the tub slipper and it looked nasty. The toilet also was old with cracks in the surfaces. The caulk around the tub and toilet looked like it has black mold in places. The room itself was nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was very good and the attendant pleasant.

Be careful!
My stay at this hotel was not good. The Tv didn't work it would play for a couple of mins than pause and than it would go completely off. Than it would come back on a min or two later. The bath tub filled up with water as I was taking a shower and would not go down. I had to stand in the dirty water as I was showering.There was a front clerk by the name of Cherley who was extremely rude to me one week prior to my mom and I checking in. The breakfast was the best thing about the entire deal. There was no way to close the curtains either. They could not accommodate me either with a first floor room. My mom does not like being in elevators. I almost drove to Fort Lauderdale just to find a different hotel. However my money was nonrefundable and my mom said to let's just deal with it. It was only for the night. I would not recommend this hotel. I came there stressed because of my prior disagreement with Cherley.

One night Stay
Hotel was OK. Check in was fine. The hotel itself is a bit rundown and is in urgent need of a thorough cleaning. The carpets smell bad, the elevator really stinks and the rooms and bathroom need an update. The AC works but either makes a lot of noise when on full blast or otherwise doesn't cool the room. Water in the bath didnt go down well. with all that said the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean, the coffee was decent. All in all it worked and will be great when the hotel is updated.
