    Virus in Hong Kong but Langham was place to be!

    Service was exceptional...staff is very responsive. I had a hot water problem and they responded on the spot. Bar service is well done, very informed and fun. Expensive food menu but worth it.

    I reserved a city view room, but did not have a view of the city. It was a view of the street with a building right in front. I hope this was a mistake and they don't sell this room as a normal city room view. The concierge's desk was a huge help in my stay and they deserve a lot of credit for making things pleasant. I have stayed at many Langham's in the past, usually my bag is taken for me to the room...this time I had to take it myself. Usually I am escorted to my room, not this time. It was odd. I will stay here again, in the hopes that this was just a weird week for the them. I particularly want to suggest that people try the deli in the basement, great food and great service. I also would like to thank the sweet cleaning lady who helped me fine a small object that had fallen under the bed. Thank you.

    Our airline changed our flight about 1 month before we arrived so I called the hotel to request a change to our stay - they would not make any changes so we had to pay for a night that we did not use - its hard to believe that a hotel in an international destination like Hong Kong can not make this accommodation so far in advance - I would not recommend this hotel

    Staff was friendly and professional. They were helpful in directions, getting around and finding and retrieving my lost luggage. Room was lovely! Beds comfy. All in all a steal of a deal. So centrally located it was perfect!
