Poco Diablo Resort, Sedona
Poor2.0
Poor customer service
This is second time we’be stayed at this resort in two years and this will be the last time we stay here. The customer service was horrible. My family was sitting by the pool all by ourselves and we had two employees come up to us and speak in a very rude manner about having our service dog by the pool. We were seated at the furthest point in the pool area should anyone else come in. But again there was nobody else else there. Please note that we were sitting by the pool area because house keeping had not come in six hours to make up our room. We had to ask the front desk twice to make up our room. The whole experience left a really bad taste in our mouths and really ruined the whole experience at this hotel. We won’t be coming back here again next year!

Loved staying at your hotel. Our room faced the Golf Course which was just beautiful. Will stay again next time I'm in Sedona. Good Job!! William was a great resource for our hiking trip. Cathedral rock was terrific.

Was a nice getaway. Would have liked a micro wave in the room for the cost of it. Some of the guests were not kid friendly. Made for a stressful time at the pool. Walkways were a little slippery after the rain.

Loved this resort! Big rooms, nice balcony, and great views. The property is from the 70’s so it is a little older, but it was like a gorgeous step back in time!

Very nice resort
Enjoyed walking the golf course in the evening. Good dining too. Good customer service with getting us a crib. Loved their attentiveness to the fact we also were on our anniversary. Good distance from the summer Sedona crowds but still close enough to enjoy the red rocks.
