Poco Diablo Resort, Sedona
Tired customer service
Front desk ladies had horrible attitudes. I dont know if they were tired but they didn't seem too happy about being there. I got an upgraded room that ended up having a broken patio door that was difficult to open.

Great stay in Sedona , AZ.
I would highly recommend a stay at Poco Diablo resort when visiting the Sedona area. The staff were all very pleasant and greeted me with a smile everyday! Our room was very spacious and spotless. They have a great little restaurant on premises, as well as a bar. The views were spectacular, and the grounds of the hotel are very nice. They even have a great little nine hole golf course, as well as tennis courts. Hotel was very quiet at night, which is great for a good nights sleep ! overall I would rate our stay here as excellent and would stay again next time we are in Sedona area.

The grounds are beautiful! We did some exploring and found the creek. I would definitely stay here again, and have already recommended this resort to some of my friends! There was only one thing I would change and that is the pillows, they are too small and have no support.

Excellent location, services and friendly staff throughout the resort.

I really love Sedona and this Resort is wonderful. The only thing that will keep me from staying here again is the EARLY morning vacuuming out in the lobby and sitting area. Are you kidding me??? Do that stuff at night! NOT early in the morning when people are having a cup of coffee. It's BEYOND RUDE and it's awful.
