Don't stay here
My husband and I came to stay for boating. We read all of the reviews online because of the construction, but there was limited places to stay in Lake Havasu. The experience checking in was horrible, we had a boat and there was no signage telling us we couldn't pull in. We had to walk through a total mess to get to check in. Then we were promised a King Size bed and we got two queens crammed into a room so tight we could barely move. The maid service didn't even empty the garbage cans. The breakfast area was so packed in you could barely sit and eat. My husband and I understand construction, we both are in the field. But they did a poor job staging the construction and access in and out of the facility. We won't ever come back to this hotel even when it is completed. Total nightmare in our opinion.

Hotel under complete renovation. Nothing was told before. No pool, limited parking and dirty floors .... Im room there were hunderets of little flies that came in although all was closed. Sleeping was a mission impossible. But very nice staff ....

Hotel was nice and we loved the location. Wish the mattress was better quality. Also the parking was not so great because of the construction. Liked the lake view from our room. The new girl who checked us in was delightful.

Unhappy
Place under construction, no parking to speak of, no pool - woke up at 8:30 am so they could change the locks on the door. The bathroom floor had sheet rock dust all over it, we told housekeeping and it was never cleaned up. Our second night there after room cleaned, was left with no shampoo or conditioner. A lot of noise from construction. Ordered a view room, they discounted our rooms some for the construction as we wouldn't of stayed there, but we lost our view room, so the room they gave us would have been cheaper anyway.
